Responsibilities: 

  • Managing advanced troubleshooting and technical support for Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, and Palo Alto technologies. 
  • Providing timely resolution of hardware and software issues, ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Serving as a technical escalation point and guiding Level 1 Solution Center Engineers. 
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows and Mac OS, and hardware components.

Required Skills & Experience: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in Managed IT Services, with expertise in Cisco Meraki, SonicWall, and Palo Alto technologies. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven ability to navigate challenging client situations with professionalism. 
  •  Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
