Here at Hamilton Barnes, I am the VP of Network Engineering. After close to 9 years supporting ISPs in the UK, and building our team of recruiters across Europe, I decided it was time for a new adventure. I now support businesses on the East Coast, predominantly in the DMV area, in finding the very best talent for their Network Engineering teams.

• Grew out and placed 72% of the Network Engineering team for a global technology start-up, which now has a billion-dollar revenue stream.
• Supported the growth of a global MSP, across 14 placements within a 5-month period. This was focused across their R&S, Security, Wireless and Collaboration practice.
• We were brought on board by a leading multinational investment bank to assist with their global technology transformation. This involved placements across their R&S, Security, Collaboration and Data Centre practice globally, ranging from support to VP level hires across an 8 month period.
