Responsibilities:

• Oversee and execute design and advisory tasks for both internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate and oversee technical resources within the Energy Division
• Supervise assigned technical personnel, whether in-house or external
• Build and sustain professional competence and credibility
• Establish departmental KPIs and lead efforts to drive continuous improvement
• Offer leadership, guidance, and oversight to ensure staff remain safe, motivated, focused, and fully developed while achieving their potential
• Support the growth and progression of the Energy Division

Skills/Must have:

• Technically skilled, providing solutions that are compliant, commercially viable, and fit for purpose
• Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle
• Extensive expertise in the Building Services sector, including knowledge of alternative energy solutions
• Holds a recognised degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferably with CIBSE membership
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, BIM, and other relevant design software
• Proven track record of at least 15 years of experience in design and construction within a comparable role in the industry
