Role Responsibilities:
- Working five days a week, with a combination of remote work and visits to customer sites.
- Engage in project work, including design and delivery of IT solutions.
- Provide timely and competent response to technology support requests.
- Communicate technical information effectively to clients and internal management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Windows systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, Office 365, and VMware.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience interacting with customers and handling a variety of IT issues.
