Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Support Desk Manager on a day to day basis
  • Being responsible for the effective allocation and management of incidents to field engineers
  • Ensuring efficient use of logistical and field engineering resources
  • Maintaining customer awareness and progress updates on nominated incidents
  • Needing to be highly organised to manage workload effectively
  • Being flexible in adapting to existing working processes


Skills/Must have:

  • Strong IT skills, including networking knowledge, with the ability to use various in-house call management systems and tools
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities at once, demonstrating excellent organisational skills
  • Prior experience in an administrative, office-based, or call centre role (preferred)
  • Customer service experience with the capability to handle inquiries professionally and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent PC and telephone communication skills to ensure clear, professional interactions with customers and team members
  • The ability to remain calm and maintain a clear thought process under pressure, enabling effective problem-solving
  • A full UK driving licence to support any field-based or on-site responsibilities
