Role Responsibilities:
- You'll lead the operations for Tier III voice and video services, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage system patching, upgrades, and proactive resolution of service issues.
- Troubleshoot complex VoIP and video conferencing issues, ensuring high availability.
- Coordinate with Cisco TAC and Business Support groups for Tier III support.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 10 years of directly related experience in UC environments.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
