Role Responsibilities:

• You'll lead the operations for Tier III voice and video services, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage system patching, upgrades, and proactive resolution of service issues.
• Troubleshoot complex VoIP and video conferencing issues, ensuring high availability.
• Coordinate with Cisco TAC and Business Support groups for Tier III support.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10 years of directly related experience in UC environments.
•  Active Top Secret clearance with SCI.
• CCNA Collaboration certification.
• Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and related technologies.
