Role Responsibilities:

• Provision, administer, monitor, and maintain end-point services across two classified enclaves.
• You will ensure system operations, including hardware, OS, and utilities on all servers and computer systems.
• Maintain SCCM, ensuring its ongoing health and security through regular updates and patches.
• You will act as Tier 2 support, resolving issues that cannot be handled by on-site Tier 1 staff.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in SCCM (preferably version 2303)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, and 10
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
