Responsibilities:

• Support the project management team with coordinating activities, resources, and project information.
• Maintain and track project schedules, updating timelines and milestones as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to align on project objectives.
• Organise and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and progress updates.
• Proactively manage client expectations and keep them informed of developments.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation to prevent delays or issues.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in a project coordination or support role, ideally within the telecoms or construction sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail-oriented, with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
• Experience using Deponet is desirable.
