Role Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues as a Tier 2 escalation engineer.
• Lead installations of routers, switches, and advanced telecommunications equipment. 
• Perform cabling and connectivity tests for fiber and copper networks. 
• Maintain accurate network documentation and recommend system improvements.

Required Skills and Experience

• CCNA or Network+ certification preferred
• 3-5 years in network engineering or desktop support
• Strong networking protocols and troubleshooting expertise
