Role Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and troubleshoot networks in a 24/7 operational setting.
  • Provide technical support on a 24/7 basis while overseeing and configuring the networks.
  • Ensure the reliability of the network infrastructure for both ISP's customers and headquarters staff through continuous monitoring and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Implementation Experts to plan system upgrades for customers and ensure compliance with maintenance and security standards.
  • Manage multiple projects and serve as the escalation point in the Technical Assistance Center when necessary.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in IP routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
  • Extensive knowledge of internet/wide area/local area network technologies including 802.1Q, QoS, Subnetting, IPv4/6.
  • Experience with voice-over IP technologies, PBX, key systems, IP Centrex.
  • Highly reliable and motivated individual with excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Self-directed and capable of working independently or collaboratively.
  • Possesses a Cisco certification (CCST, CCNA, or CCNP).
