Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide guidance on installing mechanical systems and coordinate with cross-functional teams for project integration.
- Monitor compliance with engineering specifications and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain records of work activities and equipment maintenance, supporting comprehensive project documentation and safety culture.
- Identify hazards and ensure all work follows relevant safety regulations.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory experience in mechanical installations on complex M&E projects.
- Strong planning, organization, and monitoring skills with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively at all levels and enjoying challenges.
- Ability to prioritize work, thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage business expectations with adaptability.
- Legal right to work in the UK with NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing, HVAC or a related discipline (desirable).
