Responsibilities:

• Working on projects from inception to completion
• Conducting site surveys for potential M&E projects, including layout design, quotations, and client liaison
• Managing specialist subcontractors and budgets
• Leading project teams to ensure technical accuracy of project deliverables
• Controlling project-specific commissioning strategies and running commercial projects
• Investigating accidents, incidents, near misses, quality failures, and service deterioration trends, ensuring corrective actions are taken when appropriate
• Conducting regular audits of staff performance and quality of work to maintain the highest standards of service and workmanship
• Overseeing project handovers and closing out projects

Skills/Must have:

• Previous experience of management on M&E projects or similar
• Recognised Building Services Qualifications (HNC or equivalent)
• The ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with business units, key managers, and other stakeholders
• IOSH and/or NEBOSH accreditations 
• Previous experience of working within the Telecoms Sector i.e., Data Centres, Telephone exchanges is desirable
