Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile tenders, sourcing relevant pre-project information
• Produce accurate, competitive, and profitable estimates from the enquiry stage to bid submission
• Liaise with clients to gather and understand their requirements
• Research material, equipment, and labour costs
• Negotiate on behalf of the company to achieve financial close
• Engage with clients during post-tender meetings and deliver presentations
• Provide support and assistance to the estimating team

Skills/Must have:

• Hold a recognised professional qualification i.e. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management
• Substantial experience in a similar role with works ranging from 10k to 10m
• Proficient in estimation software and tools
• Excellent understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes
• Adaptable and flexible in your approach to work
