Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Implement and support Azure or Entra solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Office 365 and related technologies.
• Act as a Sales Engineer, assisting with pre-sales activities and client consultations.
• Serve as a Help Desk Technician, providing support to end-users and resolving technical issues.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and support of IT solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Office 365 and Azure or Entra.
• Relevant certifications in Office 365, Azure, or Entra.
• Previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly desirable.
• Strong technical skills in Office 365 administration, Azure or Entra, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in our Raleigh office.
