Here at Hamilton Barnes, I am the Head of the Enterprise USA.
I manage a high performing team across the USA, whilst assisting my clients in sourcing and securing the best talent in the market, working in collaboration with enterprise customers, ranging from partners, vendors and end customers mainly.
Our technology focus is:

- Software Defined Networking: Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, Juniper Contrail

A few of my teams success stories so far…
- Grew out and placed 72% of the Network Engineering team for a global technology start-up, who now have a billion dollar revenue stream!
- Supported the growth of a global MSP, across 14 placements within a 5 month period. This was focused across their R&S, Security, Wireless and Collaboration practice!
- We were brought on board by a leading multinational investment bank to assist with their global technology transformation. This involved placements across their R&S, Security, Collaboration and Data Centre practice globally, ranging from support to VP level hires across an 8 month period!
