• Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of IT experience in networking, systems, or helpdesk roles
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, virtualization, cloud systems, and tools like Cisco and Juniper

Role Responsibilities:

• You'll develop and maintain network and system configurations for clients.
• You'll handle PC kitting, deployment, and remote system setups.
• You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as Tier 2 support.
• You'll document and improve IT processes and systems.
