Required Skills and Experience

  • Fluency in English and Japanese (required).
  • 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, including AD admin, O365, and security management.
  • CCNA/CCNP or MCSA/MCSE certifications preferred.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills with vendors, customers, and team members.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and personal vehicle for client visits.

Role Responsibilities

  • You'll maintain and troubleshoot systems (PCs, printers, servers, and cloud platforms) to ensure seamless operations.
  • You'll respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries, managing issues from initial diagnosis to resolution.
  • You'll design and implement network and system installations based on client specifications.
  • You'll create and update detailed documentation, including manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge bases.
