Responsibilities:

• Mark underground cables and handle fiber repairs
• Troubleshoot and install fiber services in homes and businesses

• Experience with fiber installations and troubleshooting
• Ability to mark underground cables for construction and manage fiber cuts
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Comfort with upselling services like managed WiFi, VOIP, and static IPs
