Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and oversee a team of field technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality installations.
  • Train and mentor team members, helping them develop their technical and professional skills.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated RF, IP, and hardware issues.
  • Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.


Required Skills/Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a field tech or supervisory role, preferably at a WISP.
  • Strong knowledge of RF technologies, wireless equipment, and cabling (Cat5/6, fiber, power).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to train and mentor staff.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
