Role Responsibilities:

  • On-Site Support: You'll perform on-site installation and servicing products.
  • Troubleshooting: You'll troubleshoot technical issues both on-site and remotely, providing clear documentation and feedback.
  • Customer Interaction: You'll articulate product capabilities and deliver technical training and demonstrations to customers.
  • Project Support: You'll assist with staging preparation and offer critical support for customer projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  •  Education/Experience: B.S. in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical, or a related field OR 4+ years of working experience.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with computer hardware, networking protocols (LAN, TCP/IP, DHCP), and Windows applications.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to travel up to 75%, including international trips, with flexibility for occasional weekend work.
