Join a leading organization as a Client Director, where you will play a pivotal role in managing, nurturing, and growing a long-standing relationship with a major client in the telecommunications industry. This role focuses on driving new revenue opportunities, expanding existing streams, and ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include all aspects of account management, such as retention, growth, strategic planning, and P&L management. Collaborating closely with senior leadership and operational teams, the role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage relationships at the executive level, ensure profit objectives are achieved, and drive ongoing success within the account. The incumbent must reside in the Philadelphia, PA area.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements short and long term strategic Comcast business plans
- Manages and grows revenue from new areas and existing areas.
- Develops and maintains client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
- Develops and executes account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger more relevant value propositions
- Responsible for forecasting, keeps management in touch with Comcast in a timely fashion, gather intelligence on competitor activity
Requirements:
- Proven track record in managing the Comcast account for technology providers, System integrators, or equivalent vendors.
- Strong understanding of how Comcast operates allowing successful collaboration with Comcast.
- Basic understanding of networking and networking products.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent.
- Five or more years of experience in sales, project management, sales engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with managed solutions, field service and product offerings.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently as well as part of a team.
