Salary and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
  • Health and Dental: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in channel sales, business development, or account management within the data center, IT, or telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data center solutions (colocation, cloud services, connectivity).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.


Role Responsibilities:

  • You'll identify and develop strategic channel partners, including system integrators and value-added resellers.
  • You'll implement channel sales strategies, driving partner engagement through training and joint initiatives.
  • You'll manage performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to maximize results.
  • You'll expand market opportunities by onboarding partners in untapped regions and staying ahead of industry trends.
