Salary and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in channel sales, business development, or account management within the data center, IT, or telecoms industry.
- Strong knowledge of data center solutions (colocation, cloud services, connectivity).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
Role Responsibilities:
- You'll identify and develop strategic channel partners, including system integrators and value-added resellers.
- You'll implement channel sales strategies, driving partner engagement through training and joint initiatives.
- You'll manage performance metrics, providing actionable feedback to maximize results.
