Role Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies.
- Develop functional requirements and data elements for complex integrated ADP systems.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including planning, standups, demonstrations, and retrospectives.
- Manage Agile artefacts, including the product backlog and scrum notes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in a software development environment.
- Proficiency in analyzing and documenting business processes, software development requirements, and taxonomies.
- Experience in technical writing and documentation related to automatic data processing.
- Active Top Secret security clearance, required.
