We are recruiting for a B2C Sales Advisor to work for one of London's largest ISPs based within the city centre.
Our client is looking for an experienced salesperson with a strong track record who is a self-motivated team player who can join and play a key role within our experienced sales team, against our ambitious acquisition targets.
Our client has bold growth plans with a large focus on their business audience. This shift in focus has resulted in the need for a B2C Sales Advisor to help drive further growth in their fibre delivery to buildings and portfolios across London.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales and renewal queries and provide accurate and timely responses
- Manage a pipeline of leads, and opportunities and respond via outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant responses and product recommendations
- Contribute to team discussion on how to objection handle and share best sales practice
- Actively take on other mini sales-related projects as needed
- both to learn and understand the business and support projects
What you will ideally bring:
- Proven experience in inbound sales, retention or renewals within a consumer service business
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally
- Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Motivated, target-driven and results-orientated
- Proficient experience within Salesforce
