How to Earn a Referral Fee
Referees can earn a Fee once the Candidate referred completes their probation at the Client. The start date of the placement must have occurred within 12 months of an introduction (“the Introduction”) of the Candidate to the Company, made by the referring Referee subject to the following conditions:
- The Introduction must have come through the Hamilton Barnes Referral page (https://www.hamilton-barnes.com/candidates/refer-a-friend/), the process is confirmed by an email sent to the Referee at the time of the Introduction, or by email within (three) 3 working days of the Introduction, by the Referee copying in the Candidate.
- Candidates must be successfully placed in a role and have worked the rebate period before a voucher is paid out.
- There are no limits to the number of referrals a Referee can make, but there is only one Fee per referral, i.e., only one claim shall be accepted per Introduction.
- A Candidate may only be referred to the Company once. If a candidate is referred to the Company more than once by the same Referee and/or by other Referees, only the first Referee will be eligible for a referral Fee under this Scheme. The Company reserves the right of judgement, and all decisions are final.
- Referrals must be submitted by an individual (not via any agency or similar). Vouchers will only be awarded to an individual who refers a successful Candidate.
- The Fee is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
We offer any retail vouchers (that are be purchasable online and distributed by email), the value of which is subject to the geography and sector in with the referred candidate is placed:
