Workday Engineer - Infrastructure

Join a market-leading airline recognized for its innovation and excellence in the digital transformation space. A skilled Workday Engineer is sought to lead the development, testing, and delivery of new configurations and integrations within the Workday environment.

This hybrid role, signed off as Inside IR35, offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies while supporting critical business functions.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration development life cycle.
• Configure and manage Workday HCM/Financial/Payroll modules as the primary focus, ensuring efficient setup and optimization of business processes. Support additional functional areas.
• Design and implement Workday business processes by configuring condition rules and complex calculated fields, ensuring the system meets evolving business needs.
• Configure and customise workday functionalities to meet specific business needs.

Skills/Must have:

• Extensive knowledge of Workday configuration, including business process design and configuration, condition rules, and complex calculated fields
• Exposure to a verity of workday functional areas including, Human Capital Management (HCM), and Financial Management and Payroll Management.
• Open-source frameworks, or one of the following: .NET Core, ASP.NET, Angular, or Express.
