Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute fixed wireless network deployments to enhance reliability and scalability.
• Oversee quality control for installations, ensuring adherence to design and performance standards.
• Serve as the main contact for field technicians, providing guidance and support during deployment and troubleshooting.
• Manage and configure Cambium, MikroTik, Mimosa, Ubiquiti, and Cisco hardware for optimal network performance.
• Regularly assess and adjust network configurations to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience in wireless network engineering, with expertise in fixed wireless network deployments using Cambium, MikroTik, Mimosa, Ubiquiti, and Cisco systems.
• Strong ability to oversee and enforce quality control measures throughout deployment.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with field technicians and supporting real-time troubleshooting.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges and optimizing network performance.
