Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and deploy wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions using Aruba and Cisco technologies to meet business requirements.
• Perform site surveys and RF analysis to optimize wireless coverage and capacity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot wireless network performance, identifying and resolving issues related to connectivity, interference, and hardware malfunctions.
• Configure wireless controllers (Aruba Mobility Controllers, Cisco WLC) and access points to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Implement and maintain security protocols, including WPA3, 802.1x authentication, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for wireless connectivity issues and escalate to vendors as necessary.

Salary:

• $130,000 base salary
