The law firm is searching for a skilled and highly motivated Windows Design Engineer to play a pivotal role in the discovery, design, implementation, and deployment phases of a cutting-edge migration program. Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in discovery workshops to assess existing environments and guide design decisions.
- Provide expertise for solutions including Windows 11 migration, Intune implementation, Autopilot adoption, mobile device migration, and Windows Hello for Business deployment.
- Support the deployment plan, ensuring minimal user disruption and optimal transition outcomes.
- Create detailed technical documentation of configurations and processes.
- Conduct sessions to empower the internal IT team for long-term management of the new environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in Windows 11 deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in SCCM/MECM, Group Policy, and modern device management principles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune for policy configuration, application deployment, and device management.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
- Hands-on experience migrating mobile devices to Intune and deploying Windows Hello for Business.
- Strong analytical skills for system evaluation and migration strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver effective knowledge transfer sessions.
Qualifications:
- Significant enterprise-level experience relevant to the role.
- College degree and certifications in applicable technologies. (Preferred)
- Previous experience in law firms or similar professional environments. (Desirable)
