Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of warehouse logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials for large-scale construction projects.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of warehouse personnel, ensuring smooth coordination with multiple departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while driving efficiency in warehouse processes.
• Collaborate closely with permitting and engineering teams to maintain the flow of operations across various project sites.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations, especially in the construction or telecom industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive high performance.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
