Role Responsibilities:
- Design and build robust FTTH networks, ensuring seamless implementation and operation.
- Lead the turn-up and optimization of the network, overseeing the entire process from design to execution.
- Manage and mentor technicians, streamlining the technology stack to ensure efficiency.
- Potential to take on a dual role as a Sales Engineer, bridging technical and sales teams to drive market success.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a start-up environment, particularly in building ISP networks from the ground up.
- Strong Network Engineering background in the FTTH space.
- Vendor-agnostic experience with systems like Adtran, Nokia, or Calix.
- Leadership experience, ideally at the VP or Director level.
