VoIP/SIP Engineer - ISP

A leading Internet provider in the Channel Islands is on the hunt for a motivated VoIP/SIP Engineer to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Support and optimize VoIP/SIP solutions and services
• Configure and manage Ribbon SBC and Cloud Voice platforms
• Provide support for Mitel, with a gradual phase-out over the next 12 months
• Actively participate in an on-call rota (yet to be finalized)
• Engage in ongoing training and skill development to stay on top of new technologies

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with VoIP and SIP
• Proficiency in Ribbon SBC, Cloud Voice, and Mitel support (or a willingness to learn)
• A drive for learning new technologies and the flexibility to adapt
• Ability to work independently and with team members across multiple locations

Salary: 

• £35,000 - £52,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme

Working Hours: 

• 5 days in-office per week (with 2 remote days after probation)
