Voice Engineer - Solution Provider

We are seeking a talented and experienced Voice Engineer to join a dynamic professional services team.

As a Voice Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining voice solutions comprising Contact Centre & Cloud-based Voice applications (Webex or MS Teams)

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and deployments, driving the success of collaboration projects.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, and manage Voice solutions, including Cisco Webex or MS Teams.
• Deploy, and manage Contact Centre solutions.
• Configuration of Session Border Controllers.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and configurations to ensure the optimal performance of Voice environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Voice ensuring minimal downtime and disruptions.

Required skills & experience:

• Strong knowledge of Cisco Webex Meetings or MS Teams,
• Strong knowledge of Contact Centre Solutions
• Experience in Configuring Session Border Controllers
