Responsibilities:
- Work exclusively alongside a global defence & aerospace organisation in the south of England.
- Travelling to sites based on client requirements in Stevenage, Portsmouth & Newport.
- Provide 2nd & 3rd line cisco voice/UC support.
- Technical leadership of a team of 3 engineers.
Skills/Must Have:
- Expertise in Cisco voice & UC technologies (CUCM, CUC, UCCX and VOIP).
- 3rd line voice & UC support experience.
- Must be a British National and eligible for SC clearance.
Nice to Have:
- Expertise with Cisco routers, switches and firewalls.
- Active SC clearance.

Location:
