Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technology strategies that align with customer needs and goals.
  • Ensure that customer technology environments meet the company's standards and best practices.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers, providing updates, assessments, and strategic guidance.
  • Manage relationships with customer stakeholders, building strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage technical alignment engineers.
  • Perform team stand-up meetings, 1:1s, and provide ongoing coaching to ensure team performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive approach to service delivery.
  • Help customers with budgeting, ensuring that technology investments are aligned with business goals and provide maximum value.
  • Travel to customer locations for QBRs and meetings as needed.


Skills/Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the IT field, with at least 2 years in leadership, sales or strategic IT role preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer engagement, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and leading a technical team, including conducting meetings, 1:1s, and performance management.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites for QBRs and meetings.
  • Deep knowledge of technology strategy development, IT standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in an onsite collaborative environment.
