Responsibilities: 

  • Provide advanced technical support to users and resolve complex issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system failures, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Perform regular maintenance on servers, workstations, and network devices, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Manage escalated support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and documenting all actions taken in the ticketing system.
  • Educate users on best practices, software features, and troubleshooting steps to empower them to resolve common issues independently.
  • Work closely with Tier I technicians and other IT staff to enhance overall service delivery and improve processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes, system configurations, and support procedures.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades, migrations, and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
  • Monitor systems for security breaches and vulnerabilities, implementing measures to safeguard data and infrastructure.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to assess system performance, identify potential issues, and recommend enhancements.
  • Contribute to IT projects as needed, including hardware/software rollouts, network upgrades, and system integrations.
  • Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements and organizational policies.

  • Active Directory
  • Windows, Mac, Linux OS
  • PC/Laptop/Printer Troubleshooting
  • Hyper-V Virtualization
  • O365 Administration
  • DHCP & DNS Troubleshooting
