Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot workstation operating systems, printers, and standard business applications like Office and QuickBooks.
• Address line-of-business application issues, collaborating with vendors for niche solutions.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting related to desktop connectivity.
• Provide support for incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.

Required Skills:

• Experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS.
• Prior helpdesk or similar IT support experience.
• Expertise in application troubleshooting, PC deployments, user profile management, and supporting Office 365, Adobe, Active Directory, and endpoint cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
