Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans for regression, functional, data validation, system integration, load, and performance testing for both new and existing functionalities.
• Review and provide guidance on test automation code, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
• Act as a technical expert on software testing frameworks, leading and mentoring other testers.
• Advocate for quality assurance best practices across agile product teams.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance, ensuring test failures are addressed promptly.
• Establish and implement software development policies to maintain quality standards across products.
• Provide strategic direction for software testing and ensure alignment with broader development objectives.
• Monitor and report on product stability and quality to stakeholders.
• Identify risks in testing processes and implement mitigation strategies.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration between development, testing, UX/UI, and DevOps teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• ISTQB certification (Foundation level or higher).
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Proven experience in test planning, execution, and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Proficiency in testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, NUnit, xUnit).
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Azure DevOps.
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify, document, and track defects.
