Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the technical helpdesk team for optimal performance
  • Manage shift rotas and staffing levels
  • Monitor KPIs to meet performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and address issues
  • Resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify training needs and offer development opportunities

Skills/Must haves:

  • Fluency in German (spoken and written)
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Proven experience in managing a technical helpdesk team
  • Experience in managing shift rotas, holidays, KPIs, and service SLAs
  • Willingness to work in shifts as required
