The leading consultancy firm is looking for a skilled Technical Consultant with active SC Clearance to join the team on an initial 6-month contract, with the rate signed off inside IR35. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week required onsite in Farnborough for close collaboration with developers, analysts, and testers. Responsibilities:

• Major Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online, with expertise in validating designs.
• M365 transformational programs, including hybrid configurations and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Maintain expertise in the entire M365 stack and its use cases, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
• Ensure high-quality technical deliverables and validate existing designs.
• Provide L3 Engineering expertise

Skills/Must have:

• Expertise in architecting and delivering end-to-end M365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and cloud technologies, including Identity, Security, Compliance, and DLP.
• Experience in M365 migration, including Exchange On-Premises to M365 and hybrid configurations.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and manage infrastructure solutions, including VMware, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud environments.
