Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Deploy, monitor, and support Atom Creek solutions.
  • Accept assignments and enter updates into the online ticketing system for ticket resolution and time tracking.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn through self-study, including pursuing certification exams.
  • Assess situations, communicate troubleshooting steps, and deliver or assist with resolutions.
  • Adapt to and use new technologies, including internal business solutions and service delivery applications.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation providing after-hours support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and response for clients or alerts from our monitoring system. (May include holiday hours).


Required Skills/Qualifications: 

  • Proficient in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Knowledgeable in VMware.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Online Services and Microsoft Azure.
  • Skilled in data protection and business continuity practices.
  • Experience with Professional Services Applications (PSA), such as Autotask.
  • Proficient in Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tools, such as Auvik and VSA.
  • Experienced in switching, routing, and Next Generation Firewalls.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of Linux.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Preferred certifications include CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, MS Endpoint Administrator, and VMware.
