Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
- Deploy, monitor, and support Atom Creek solutions.
- Accept assignments and enter updates into the online ticketing system for ticket resolution and time tracking.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn through self-study, including pursuing certification exams.
- Assess situations, communicate troubleshooting steps, and deliver or assist with resolutions.
- Adapt to and use new technologies, including internal business solutions and service delivery applications.
- Participate in an on-call rotation providing after-hours support, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and response for clients or alerts from our monitoring system. (May include holiday hours).
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Knowledgeable in VMware.
- Experienced with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server.
- Familiar with Microsoft Online Services and Microsoft Azure.
- Skilled in data protection and business continuity practices.
- Experience with Professional Services Applications (PSA), such as Autotask.
- Proficient in Remote Management and Monitoring (RMM) tools, such as Auvik and VSA.
- Experienced in switching, routing, and Next Generation Firewalls.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Linux.
- Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Preferred certifications include CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, MS Endpoint Administrator, and VMware.
