Systems Engineer III - IT Solutions

A leading provider of innovative IT solutions, specializing in advanced cloud infrastructure, systems integration, and cutting-edge technologies is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join their team. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, monitoring system health, troubleshooting system problems, and maintaining storage systems. The role also involves providing after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis, ensuring system security requirements are satisfied, creating and maintaining system scripts, patching and upgrading systems, and administering user accounts. This position is 100% onsite.

Skills/Must Have:

• Principal Cyber Systems Eng: Bachelor’s + 5 years experience, or Master’s + 3 years (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Senior Principal Cyber Systems Eng: Bachelor’s + 9 years, or Master’s + 7 years, or PhD + 4 years (or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree).
• Experience managing systems on-prem and in AWS.
• Experience with large clusters (>400 nodes) and both containerized and non-containerized applications.
• Expertise in planning, designing, and supporting multi-platform, multi-system networks, particularly Linux-based systems.
• Strong Linux command line skills.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly.
• Ability to obtain Security+CE certification (must acquire before starting).
