Storage Engineer - Systems Integrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with PureStorage, NAS, SANs, and server-grade hardware maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and recover customer services onsite or remotely within SLA.
• Provide training for L1 engineers and customers when needed.
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, and Docker environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, DHCP, RADIUS, SMTP, SNMP, and clustering/HA configurations.
• Schedule and manage system updates, OPS, and NMS operations.
• Take over new projects and provide ongoing technical support.

Required Skills/Qualifications: 

• 3+ years of experience in storage engineering, troubleshooting, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience in storage solutions (PureStorage, NAS, SANs) – a MUST.
• Hands-on expertise in server-grade hardware maintenance and virtualization (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Microsoft/VMware Certification or equivalent server certification (preferred).
• Good internetworking skills with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to understand technical documents and follow instructions.
• Basic command of English and strong incident management skills.
• Azure certification is a plus.
