The leading consultancy firm is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Consultant on a 6 month contract to be responsible for the ongoing management and development of the core ITSM system (ServiceNow). The contract is confirmed as inside IR35.

Responsibilities: 

• Act as the accountable owner of the ServiceNow platform, driving the creation of roadmaps and shaping enterprise platform consumption.
• Oversee and optimize the platform by managing upgrades, integrations, and the implementation of new modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
• Lead and support the enhancement of ITSM tools and processes, with a focus on improving user experience.
• Define and execute the roadmap for IT tooling and align it with the broader ITSM strategy.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience managing ServiceNow instances, shaping platform roadmaps, and driving enterprise platform adoption.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules, including implementing upgrades, integrations, and new features.
• Ability to lead platform teams, provide oversight, and effectively manage escalations to ensure operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of ITSM tools and processes, with the ability to provide expert advice, maintain documentation, and develop training plans.
