We are partnered with an MSP headquartered out of California, servicing small to medium sized enterprise customers across the USA.

They have 25 employees and are looking to hire 6 heads in 2024 across Engineering and Management They are currently planning their next growth phase as they have won a few new projects 

Being a smaller business, the progression route for this particular hire is towards an Engineering position in the next 12-18 months

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
