We are working with an MSP headquartered out of California, servicing small to medium-sized enterprise customers across the USA.
They have 25 employees and are looking to hire 6 heads in 2024 across Engineering and Management They are currently planning their next growth phase as they have won a few new projects Being a smaller business, the progression route for this particular hire is towards a more senior management or directorship role in the next 12-18 months.
Being a management role, this hire will have exposure to not only management but also strategic conversations with the President/CEO which will upskill their management capabilities
Responsibilities:
- Managing a global team of 12-14 engineers
- Growing out a practice
- Mentoring/managing team
Skills/Must have:
- AWS/Azure cloud
- Sonicwall/Fortinet/Cisco firewalls
