Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate complex issues to second-line support when necessary.
- Assist with user account management, including Active Directory and Office 365.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a similar IT support or service desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and remote desktop support tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
