Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to second-line support when necessary.
  • Assist with user account management, including Active Directory and Office 365.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a similar IT support or service desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and remote desktop support tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
