Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructures across various sectors, including healthcare, municipalities, and transport
• Plan updates and address complex support tickets
• Coordinate changes in collaboration with customers, Service Delivery Managers, and internal teams
• Implement solutions in areas such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and Autopilot
• Leverage insights from cross-functional teams (SOC, Networking, Azure) to provide holistic support
• Prevent disruptions and optimize resources to ensure a seamless experience for customers and their end-users

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems and PowerShell scripting
• Background working in enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with tools such as Citrix, Linux, Liquit, and Ivanti (added advantage)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities, especially in customer-facing roles
• Proactive mindset and structured approach to anticipate and address client needs effectively
