We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to oversee and optimize service delivery processes within a telecommunications company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service delivery professionals, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of services to our valued customers. This role requires a strong blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of service delivery professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of customer issues.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to enhance service delivery performance.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners, to drive collaboration and ensure alignment with service delivery objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve service delivery capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, telecommunications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in service delivery management within the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve their full potential.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.
- PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
