Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in Northern Europe.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the maritime satellite communications sector.
- Manage and grow client relationships, particularly with maritime providers and Inmarsat distribution partners.
- Travel extensively across Northern Europe to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure customer success.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activity and pipeline management.
Skills / Must Have:
- Experience in the satellite communications industry, ideally with a maritime provider or Inmarsat distribution partner.
- Proven ability to generate sales and close deals in the maritime or satellite industry.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to travel across Northern Europe as needed.
Nice to Have:
- Existing book of business in maritime, shipping, or satellite communications.
- Additional European languages.
- CRM experience for tracking sales and customer interactions.

Commission structure:
- 11%–17% margin — 0.75% commission.
- 17%–24% margin — 1.00% commission.
- 24%–30% margin — 1.50% commission.
- 30%+ margin — 2.00% commission.
Salary:
€85,000 – €90,000 + uncapped commission (commission paid annually in July).
